Winning Streak Continues!

Boucanier wins the $25,000 Johnson Horse Transportation Grand Prix (Natl Std) during the opening week of the 2014 Gulf Coast Winter Series.  This following his 1st and 3rd place finishes on Chantilly, owner Sima Morgello, and Boucanier, owner Eagle Valley Partners, in the $5,000 Open Jpr Welcome stake on Thursday, 2/6/2014.

Many of his Young Jumpers shared the blue ribbon spotlight this week including Quandorette Z Open Jpr 1.20m and 1.30m, Dirocco B continuing to dominate the 6 YO Young Jprs, C'Havinia and Cooper sharing top spots in the 7/8 YO Young Jprs.

Boucanier wins 1st Grand Prix!

Devin Ryan of Long Valley, N.J., riding Boucanier, won the $25,000 Devon Fall Classic Grand Prix in a thrilling jump-off in which the top four horses were separated by less than one second.

"This horse is just a 7-year-old," said Ryan.  "We were stepping him up here.  The atmosphere in this ring at night is the biggest thing.  But I felt very confident bringing this horse into the ring tonight."

Ryan won in an 11 horse jump-off, finishing clean in 37.777 before a standing-room only crowd.
